Consumer Grievance Policy

We have a formal policy in place for handling consumer complaints. If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us at resolutions@gorascal.com. Your complaint will be promptly routed to the appropriate department and reviewed. You can expect a response within a few business days. When appropriate, we may also offer an opportunity for an in-person meeting to help resolve the issue.We are committed to making every reasonable effort to address and resolve consumer complaints. If a complaint is submitted to us by a State Department of Banking & Finance, it will be reviewed promptly, and a response will be provided to the Department within a few weeks of our receipt.
